The gap

Jobber reminds about upcoming jobs. Not the ones that should be.

Jobber's built-in reminders work off jobs you've already booked. But the customers quietly slipping away are the ones with no next visit on the calendar — the annual tune-up that never got rebooked, the filter that's overdue. There's no native way to say "you're due" based on someone's last visit. So shops run manual spreadsheets, or lose the customer. DueBell closes exactly that gap.

How it works

Set it once. It runs itself.

Three steps, then DueBell quietly does the follow-up you never have time for.

1

Connect Jobber

One-click, secure OAuth connection. DueBell reads your clients and their visit history — nothing else.

2

Set your service cadences

"Annual tune-up," "filter every 11 months," "pool open each spring." Pick per service type, or override per customer.

3

DueBell handles the rest

It emails each customer when they're due, with a booking link that creates a Jobber request — and skips anyone already on the schedule.

Why DueBell

It pays for itself the first time it rebooks one customer.

A single recovered tune-up usually covers months of subscription. Everything else is upside.

Last-visit logic, not generic blasts

Reminders fire on each customer's own schedule — the thing Jobber's tools can't do.

Never double-books or annoys

If a customer already has a future visit scheduled, DueBell stays quiet. No spam, ever.

One-tap booking back into Jobber

The "Book my service" button creates a request in your Jobber account automatically.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What data does DueBell access in my Jobber account?

Only what's needed to send the right reminder: your clients, their contact info, and their visit history (dates). DueBell creates booking requests when a customer taps "Book my service." It never touches your invoices, payments, or pricing. You can disconnect anytime.

Does it send texts or emails?

DueBell launches with email reminders. SMS is on the roadmap (it requires carrier registration we're completing) and Pro subscribers get early access when it's ready.

Will it accidentally remind customers who are already booked?

No. If a customer already has a future visit on your Jobber calendar, DueBell suppresses the reminder. It also won't remind the same customer twice for the same service cycle.

How does the booking link work?

Each reminder includes a secure "Book my service" button. When the customer taps it, DueBell creates a work request in your Jobber account so it lands in your normal workflow.

Which trades is this for?

Any repeat-service business on Jobber — HVAC, plumbing, pool & spa, water treatment, chimney, septic, irrigation, and more. If your customers need you on a recurring basis, DueBell keeps them coming back.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts. Start with a 14-day free trial; cancel whenever you like from your billing settings.

Stop losing customers to "we forgot to call them."

Connect Jobber and let DueBell bring them back — automatically.
