Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DueBell, a service provided by Casting Karma LLC ("DueBell," "we," "us"). By connecting or using DueBell, you agree to these Terms. If you are using DueBell on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

1. The service

DueBell connects to your Jobber account and sends service-due reminders to your end customers based on their visit history and the cadence rules you configure, and can create booking requests in your Jobber account when an end customer responds. Features may evolve over time.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your cadence settings and for the content and lawfulness of the messages sent on your behalf, including obtaining any necessary consent from your end customers to contact them.
• You will comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam and communications laws (such as CAN-SPAM), and with Jobber's own terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Jobber and DueBell access.

3. Billing & trials

• DueBell is offered on a subscription basis with plan tiers based on client count. A free trial period may be offered; after it ends, your selected plan begins unless you cancel.
• Fees are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse DueBell, including by using it to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Third-party services

DueBell relies on Jobber and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of Jobber remains governed by Jobber's terms. If your Jobber connection is revoked or Jobber changes its API, some features may stop working.

6. Disclaimers

DueBell is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reminder will be delivered. Revenue figures and "recovered revenue" estimates are informational only and not a guarantee of results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casting Karma LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for DueBell in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using DueBell and disconnect it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use DueBell ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
