Tell us your Jobber business name and what's happening, and we'll sort it out.
support@duebell.comFind DueBell in the Jobber App Marketplace and click Connect, then approve access. Set your service cadences (for example, "annual tune-up") and DueBell starts watching for customers who are due. Your 14-day free trial begins at connection.
In your DueBell dashboard, choose how often each service type should recur — annually, every 11 months, seasonally, and so on. You can also override the cadence for an individual customer.
DueBell checks daily. When a customer reaches their due window and has no future visit already booked, it sends one reminder email with a booking link. It won't remind the same customer twice for the same cycle.
You get 14 days free. If you don't cancel before it ends, your selected plan begins. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from billing settings.
Open your DueBell billing settings and cancel — it takes effect at the end of the current period, and you can keep using DueBell until then. You can also just disconnect the app in Jobber.
Only your clients, their contact details, and their visit history — used to decide who's due — plus the ability to create a booking request when a customer responds. It never accesses invoices, payments, or pricing. See our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect DueBell from Jobber, or email us. We delete or anonymize your associated data within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
The most common reasons: the customer already had a future visit scheduled (DueBell suppresses those), they were already reminded this cycle, or their record has no email address. Email us your business name and the customer in question and we'll check the logs.
Deliverability improves once your sending domain is verified. If you're seeing this, email us — we'll help confirm your setup.
