Privacy Policy

DueBell ("DueBell," "we," "us") is a service operated by Casting Karma LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you connect and use DueBell with your Jobber account, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DueBell you agree to this policy.

Who our customer is

Our customer is the service business ("you") that installs DueBell and connects it to Jobber. Your customers ("end customers") are the people you serve. We process end-customer data on your behalf and at your direction.

Information we access from Jobber

When you authorize DueBell, you grant it access via Jobber's API to only the data needed to deliver reminders:

• Client records — names and contact details (such as email addresses) of your end customers.
• Visit and job history — service dates used to determine when a customer's next service is due.
• Booking requests — when an end customer taps a booking link, we create a work request in your Jobber account.

DueBell does not request or access your invoices, payment details, or pricing information.

Information we collect directly

• Account & settings — your authentication tokens (stored encrypted), service-cadence rules, and reminder preferences.
• Billing — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your subscription status but never store full card numbers.
• Usage & logs — basic, security and reliability logs (timestamps, error events).

How we use information

• To determine which end customers are due for service and to send reminder messages on your behalf.
• To create booking requests back into your Jobber account when an end customer responds.
• To show you dashboards (due/overdue/rebooked counts and recovered-revenue figures).
• To operate, secure, support, and improve the service, and to process billing.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use end-customer data to advertise or to train third-party models.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run DueBell: cloud hosting and database (our infrastructure provider), a transactional email provider (to deliver reminders), and Stripe (billing). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Data retention

We retain account and reminder data while your DueBell subscription is active. If you disconnect DueBell or close your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Security

Authentication tokens are stored encrypted, access is restricted, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Your choices & rights

• Disconnect anytime from Jobber's app settings; this revokes DueBell's access.
• Access, correction, or deletion — you or your end customers may request these by emailing us; we honor applicable rights under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.
• Opt-out — every reminder email includes an unsubscribe option for the end customer.

Children

DueBell is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you.
